Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Oversee and coordinate the entire export order process from receipt to shipment * Review order details and confirm key information such as delivery dates, quantities, and trade terms * Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, production, warehousing) to ensure on-time delivery * Prepare export declaration documents (invoices, packing lists, contracts, etc.) * Prepare and review export documents (Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, customs declarations, etc.) * Ensure documentation complies with the requirements of destination customs authorities and customers * Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange booking, trucking, and shipment * Track shipment status and provide timely updates on any issues or exceptions * Control transportation costs and optimize logistics solutions * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding export-related inquiries * Follow up on customer feedback concerning documentation and goods * Stay informed about export controls and international trade policies * Ensure export processes comply with relevant laws and regulations * Manage risks associated with documentation and international trade * Maintain data related to export operations * Submit regular reports on shipments, orders, and costs * Support business analysis and process improvements Who You Are: * Meticulous and steady, rigorous in work, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility.
