REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree + 1-3 years in logistics/freight forwarding.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and communication tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.

• Oversee end-to-end product movement (Air, Ocean, Land) and track shipments across channels.
• Report on KPIs, analyze logistics performance, and identify cost-effective transport solutions.
• Liaise daily with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, documentation, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop metrics to evaluate internal/external supply chain partner performance.
• Support team goals through logistics procedures and ad-hoc reporting.
