Key Responsibilities Manage all logistics operations within the Installation Unit, with full ownership of end-to-end supply chain activities. Lead and coordinate daily work with carriers, subcontractors, installers, field teams, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders. Serve as the central point of contact between procurement, suppliers, warehouse, installation teams, customer service, and external partners. Plan, implement, and continuously optimize logistics and technical processes, identifying bottlenecks and driving efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives. Develop and manage structured work procedures, KPIs, and control reports to meet operational and business targets. Manage distribution and delivery operations to end customers, including scheduling, prioritization, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices across all logistics activities. Utilize ERP systems (preferably Oracle) for inventory management, order processing, warehouse operations, and reporting. Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, contractors, and transportation providers to improve service quality and efficiency. Lead and manage the internal installation team. Requirements Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics or operations management, with responsibility for end-to-end supply chain processes. Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, procurement, and vendor management. Strong people-management background, including team leadership, development, and performance management. Experience using KPIs, data analysis, and forecasting to drive operational decisions. Advanced experience working with ERP systems (Oracle – advantage). Proven ability to identify process gaps, implement improvements, and lead cost-saving initiatives. Strong stakeholder-management skills across internal teams and external partners. In-depth knowledge of logistics regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written). Preferred Qualifications (Advantages) Experience in the solar or energy industry. Technical background or knowledge in electricity.
