Responsibilities:
Noblis ESI is seeking a Logistician with a warehouse operations or deployment coordinator background to support our client on-site in Chantilly, VA.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Alternatively, demonstrate an additional 4 years of related experience per level if no bachelor’s degree is held.
• Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Experience working in a warehouse operations or deployment coordinator role

• Develop and execute detailed plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Provide comprehensive logistical support, including transportation, supply chain management, inventory control, and resource management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless and efficient use of resources.
• Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies, to support deployment operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of activities, including logs, reports, and records.
• Identify and resolve logistical challenges and issues that may arise.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency.
• Provide training and support to personnel to ensure readiness and effectiveness.
• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and resources.
