Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistician to support all Government Furnished Property (GFP) activities for our program. This role is essential to maintaining accurate accountability of equipment, ensuring compliant shipping and receiving processes, and supporting the team with timely and reliable logistics operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Position Responsibilities Manage all GFP-related logistics activities in accordance with program and regulatory requirements. Ensure all paperwork and documentation for inbound and outbound shipments is completed accurately and thoroughly. Create outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, documentation, and approvals. Receive inbound items and verify quantities, item accuracy, and condition; ensure all records are correctly captured on receiving documentation. Update and maintain inventory records, ensuring all equipment is accurately tracked throughout its lifecycle. Enter shipment data into PIEE and ensure compliance with all required reporting processes. Track all outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation. Conduct regular audits of all GFP equipment to maintain accountability and identify discrepancies. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure items are prepared, shipped, and received in a timely and compliant manner. Periodically travel to and from local or regional locations to pick up or deliver equipment as needed. Requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required. Experience with PIEE or similar government logistics systems. Knowledge of shipping regulations and best practices. Ability to lift and move equipment as needed. Associate's degree or higher. Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance.
