We are seeking a Logistics & Account Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and logistics of brewing and food co-products from breweries to farms. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and skilled at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

A Sample of What You’ll Do in This Role:

  • Create and maintain schedules for pickups and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with trucking dispatchers to manage loads and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address resource conflicts and improve efficiency.
  • Update teams on product fluctuations, pricing, and market insights.
  • Manage contracts, billing information, and documentation in MS Dynamics.
  • Support business forecasting, budgeting, and expense management.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.

What You Bring to The Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management, logistics, or scheduling.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

  • Knowledge of the brewery, dairy farm, or trucking industries.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to collaborate, think critically, and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $67,700 - $90,240/yr. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
  • This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
