ROLE OVERVIEW

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team and take part in growing the brokerage from its early stages. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in freight sales, possess an existing book of business, and thrive in a competitive, goal-oriented environment. This role offers a high-commission structure, providing unlimited earning potential for top performers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Client Acquisition & Management: Develop relationships/opportunities with shippers and leverage existing relationships to expand your network.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain Targets: Hit daily call and outreach targets that are customized to your specific sales strategy and performance.
