Description
Job Responsibilities: - Receive and verify documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Verify customer shipping requirements and preferred shipping modes. - Ensure sales orders are issued and billing is completed timely and accurately, with all necessary supporting documents uploaded in the ERP system. - Update documents in Excel and communicate relevant information to the operations team. - Match packing documents with the Shipment Management System (SMS) for consistency. - Perform ERP system tasks such as creating purchase requests, receipts, and stock transfers. - Conduct weekly and monthly cycle count validations and update results into the ERP system. - Communicate with customers via email, Teams, and phone calls to meet and achieve customer requirements. - Liaise with various teams to fulfill customer orders as needed. - Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors and/or managers. Job Requirements: - Diploma qualification. - Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - At least 1 year of experience as a Logistics Admin. - Minimum 1 year of experience working in a warehousing environment. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and meticulous work environment. - Willingness and ability to commit to overtime (including weekends and public holidays). Working Hours: - 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) - 8:30pm to 5:30am (Monday to Friday) Working Location: - Work location will be either at 33 Greenwich or 35 Greenwich, with possible rotation between sites if there is a manpower shortage. - Must be able to commit to overtime on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. - Must be able to commit to a monthly rotating shift schedule. Night Shift Allowance: - $15 per shift
