OUR EXPECTATIONS In this role, you will work at the intersection of administration and logistics, supporting the daily operations of our Milan office. Your work combines coordination, communication, and administrative structure to ensure that orders, documentation, and shipments run smoothly. Together with the team, you help create efficient workflows while ensuring that both administrative and logistics processes are handled with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Administrative support: Assist with general office administration and document management. Order management: Support order processing and follow-up to ensure smooth handling of customer and supplier orders. Logistics coordination: Communicate with carriers, coordinate shipments, and monitor delivery status. Operational support: Assist the team with administrative and logistics-related tasks depending on current priorities. Team collaboration: Work closely with internal colleagues to support efficient daily operations across the office and logistics functions. We also see that you have: Some previous work experience in an office, administrative, or logistics-related environment Experience communicating in an international environment or with international stakeholders Relevant education within administration, logistics, business administration, or similar (or equivalent work experience) Fluent Italian and strong English skills, both written and spoken Meritorious: Experience in logistics coordination or order management Experience with shipment follow-up or transport coordination Experience working with ERP or order management systems Most importantly, you bring curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
