We are currently looking for a Logistics Administrative Clerk to join our team. We offer an enriching work environment with exciting opportunities for both part-time and full-time positions.

As a Logistics Administrative Clerk at Formosa Foods, your responsibilities will include:

• Inputting and processing overnight order lists, managing invoicing, and making necessary adjustments.
• Preparing daily paperwork for warehouse and drivers.
• Preparing invoices according to delivery routes.
• Taking and inputting phone call orders.
• Communicating with drivers regarding deliveries and issues with routes.
• Managing incoming phone calls, ensuring efficient transfers.
• Greeting and accommodating all walk-ins, including customers, candidates, and other visitors.
• Coordinating receiving operations throughout the shift.
• Providing support to the warehouse and transportation team and collaborating with other teams as needed.
• Execute additional tasks and duties as directed by managers.
