We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Administrative Specialist to support our Carrier Approvals team. You will ensure that carriers meet compliance standards, review carrier documentation, and handle insurance and authority verifications. You will collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and help maintain a smooth flow of operations What You’ll Do On a Typical Day * Review and assist with onboarding carriers in line with compliance standards * Monitor carrier’s classifications outlines on Highway Including criteria such as insurance, verifying scheduled VINs, and observing performance ratings Identify and resolve carrier compliance issues – escalate when necessary * Perform quality control checks on the covered board, mitigating any carriers that have fallen out of line with our qualifications * Work with internal teams to process onboarding and new invites sent for carriers to receive payments properly. * Provide clear answers and directives when requesting information, approving carriers and denying carriers * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * Strong communication and attention to detail are vital in this role * Strong customer service skills required * Strong computer and typing skills required * Minimum of two years in an office or administrative role required  Be part of something big.
