Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

  • Receive goods, check deliveries, and update inventory records
  • Conduct stock checks and resolve discrepancies
  • Generate reports for management as needed
  • Liaise with suppliers and transport for deliveries and issues
  • Provide admin support: data entry, filing, and document management
  • Plan driver loads and schedules; handle driver queries
  • Communicate with drivers and warehouse staff to resolve issues
  • Keep systems updated for invoicing and references
  • Support general office administration
