On behalf of our client in Dublin 22, we are hiring a Warehouse Operative to join their team.

The Warehouse Operative is responsible for supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse. This includes receiving and checking deliveries, picking and packing customer orders, loading and unloading goods, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe.

  • Key Responsibilities:Receive, check, and put away incoming deliveries.
  • Pick products accurately according to customer or operational requirements.
  • Pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Check goods for quantity, quality, and any visible damage.
  • Ensure stock is stored correctly and securely.
  • Carry out stock counts and assist with regular inventory checks.
  • Update warehouse and stock management systems accurately.
  • Prepare paperwork, labels, and delivery documentation as required.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse environment.
  • Follow all company health and safety procedures.


  • Essential Skills & Experience:Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or similar experience is desirable.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
