We’re looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our Logistics team on a permanent basis.

Key activities

  • Oversight of end-to-end order processing.
  • Managing stock on our system & keeping track of movements.
  • Responsible for resolving stock issues, order administration & system accuracy.
  • Liaising with our 3PL providers in the UK & EU.
  • Checking all inbound & outbound stock movements & ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Logging order issue data for monthly metric reporting.
  • Clearly communicate any order issues to our Customer Support Team and work closely with them for their timely resolution.
  • Allocate & manage stock allocation to ensure products and parts are available.
  • Creating inbound inventory orders in Amazon Seller Central.
  • Providing customs with the necessary paperwork for goods to be received.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Oversight of end-to-end order processing.
  • Documenting processes.
