Description

CCB Sheet Steel Limited, a steel stockholding company, is pleased to announce we are looking to bring on a new team member for an on-site Logistics Administrator position.
This role will operate as an Administrator to the logistics department, reporting to the Site & Operational Manager, while also supporting the warehouse, sales, and accounts departments on applicable administrative tasks.
The role is On-Site (remote work not available)

Responsibilities
  • Coordination of daily logistics operations, including order processing, transport scheduling, and delivery tracking across GB, NI, and ROI.
  • Prepare and manage logistics-related documentation such as delivery notes, transport logs, site ledgers, material certificates, and PODs.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock records, ensuring inventory levels are current and any discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.
  • Coordinate stock movements between locations and support goods-in and despatch processes to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Update internal systems and documentation related to stock control, including delivery receipts, stock adjustments, and inventory checks.
  • Completing customs documentation including MRNs, Supplementary Declarations, and coordinating with external Customs controllers as needed.
  • Carry out additional administrative duties as required to support daily operations.
