Job Description • Shipment Management & Tracking • Resolve delays or exceptions proactively. • Customer Coordination • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipment status. • Provide timely updates and handle inquiries. • Documentation Handling • Process inbound and outbound delivery documents. • Update ERP(SAP) shipment statuses. • Maintain accurate records for auditing and reporting. • Generate daily/weekly reports for internal stakeholders. Qualifications Prior experience in logistics and shipping preferred Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) SAP experience is an advantage Global Contract type: Permanent Region: APAC Area: SE Asia Global Department: Logistics
