Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the loading and despatch of goods and prepare relevant documentation.
  • Liaise with transport providers and production teams to ensure deliveries and customer requirements are met.
  • Manage goods in/out and accurately update internal systems.
  • Coordinate vehicle and equipment hire.
  • Handle incoming calls, welcome visitors and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Complete general office administration and data entry.
  • Process relevant Health, Safety and Environmental documentation.
  • Provide support with goods despatch and holiday cover.

About You:

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in logistics, despatch, administration or a similar role, with excellent organisational and communication skills.

You will need to be:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident using IT systems and completing data entry.
  • Able to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
  • Professional and confident when dealing with customers, visitors and suppliers.
  • Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team.
  • Numerate, reliable and able to communicate clearly.
  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential information.
