YOUR NEW ROLE

In this role you will find yourself carrying out duties including but not limited to;

• Process and coordinate shipping and transportation requests from clients.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking and reporting.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
• Resolve logistical issues and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
• Collaborate with various departments to optimise logistics operations

To be successful in this role, you will require the following;

• Highly regarded 2 years experience within the Mining service / warehouse/ logistics sector
• Substantial knowledge and experience utilising computer programs including SAP and MS Suites
• 2+ years’ experience in administration with the ability to deliver varied tasks requiring independent judgement.
• Effective planning and organising skills with the ability to deliver on simultaneous projects with competing priorities
• High-level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to foster strong working relationships
