About the Role

The Senior Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting the Head of Production and Supply Chain in leading CSB’s logistics strategy execution across inbound, outbound, warehousing, freight, and fulfillment operations. This role ensures our customers receive a seamless post-purchase experience while enabling the business to scale efficiently and profitably.

This role owns logistics performance across all channels and markets, balancing operational excellence, customer experience and commercial outcomes. They are highly analytical, solutions-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end logistics operations including inbound freight, warehousing, fulfilment, outbound shipping, and returns management.
  • Develop and execute logistics strategies that support CSB’s growth plan.
  • Partner with freight forwarders to optimise customs clearance, duties management, and delivery accuracy.
  • Work with factories to ensure accurate, timely shipment reports and proactively address variances with Product and warehouse teams.
  • Collaborate with CX and Operations teams to enhance the DTC delivery experience.
  • Regularly evaluate and adjust shipping rate structures across Shopify stores.
  • Own inventory management processes across all fulfilment centres and Shopify stores.
  • Monitor and optimise the performance of vendors, including domestic and international fulfilment centres, against SLA/KPI metrics.
  • Own the design and management of domestic and international returns processes.
  • Lead relationships and performance management across 3PL partners, freight providers, and external logistics vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing to ensure value and service excellence.
  • Proactively manage escalation pathways and contingency planning.
  • Partner closely with Product, Planning, Retail, Customer Experience, and Finance teams to align logistics with business priorities.
  • Support new product launches, campaigns, and retail activations with operational readiness planning.
  • Build and maintain advanced reporting on logistics KPIs and provide business insights.
  • Establish strong operational rhythms, reporting cadence, and accountability mechanisms.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build scalable SOPs and governance frameworks across all logistics functions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics team.
  • Support succession planning and future capability growth within the team.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Excellent working knowledge of eCommerce logistics best practices.
  • System expertise: Shopify, Netsuite, Xero, Logixboard, Google Suite
  • Significant leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, or fulfilment management within retail, eCommerce, or consumer goods
  • Proven experience managing 3PLs, freight partners, and warehousing operations
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy, including budget ownership and cost optimisation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability with strong systems thinking
  • Highly organised with strong execution discipline and prioritisation ability
  • Calm and decisive leader with strong judgement under pressure
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Rocky Point is looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our team and play a key role in keeping customer orders, transport and inventory moving efficiently.


This is a hands-on coordination role where you'll work closely with customers, transport providers, drivers, depots and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate customer orders and daily transport schedules to keep deliveries moving.
  • Organise transport bookings, freight requirements and delivery timeframes.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, transport providers, drivers and depots.
  • Prepare and coordinate dispatch paperwork, labels and documentation.
  • Monitor outstanding orders and proactively follow up on delays or issues.
  • Coordinate stock movements and support inventory management across offsite locations.
  • Complete regular depot and bulk stock take, ensuring accurate records.
  • Manage logistics enquiries, shared inboxes and customer issues from start to finish.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices and production work orders.
  • Support corporate client allocations and priority freight requirements.
  • Work collaboratively across the logistics team, providing support during busy periods.
