As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our Operations team in Langley, BC. This role is a mix of hands-on warehouse support and administrative/logistics coordination, ensuring that orders, shipments, and warehouse activities run efficiently, accurately, and safely.

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Problem-solving mindset with initiative to identify and recommend improvements.
· Effective communicator with strong written and verbal English skills.
· Team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
· Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs when supporting warehouse tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 1–2 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations.
· Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP experience an asset).
· Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
· Forklift certification (or willingness to be trained/certified).
· Experience with carrier portals and shipping systems (UPS, Fedex, Canada Post, DHL, various LTL carriers) is an asset.

Responsibilities

Logistics & Coordination

  • Prepare and process shipping documentation using tools such as SAP, and carrier software.
  • Coordinate with carriers for pickups, claims, and troubleshooting shipment issues.
  • Track and report on shipments, including OS&D (overages, shortages, damages).
  • Support 3PL (third-party logistics) orders and ensure service-level requirements are met.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Operations, Business Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting) to resolve logistical issues and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Document and improve processes (e.g., Sweet Process) to build a strong operational knowledge base.

Warehouse & Inventory Support

  • Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy.
  • Support receiving activities, including unloading, palletizing, and stocking products.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory counts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, upholding safety standards.
