Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established global business that designs, manufactures and supports industrial turbochargers supplied into the power generation, marine and rail traction industries.
This poition will involve undertaking a variety of administration activities within the Supply Chain function.
These include:
- Turbocharger and Spares planning
- Sales order despatching
- Generation of material demands
- Continuous improvement
Working as part of a successful team, the role requires candidates to liaise with internal departments and freight forwarders on a daily basis to ensure business objectives are achieved.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Business Administration NVQ or equivalent is desirable

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in a similar administrator role will be beneficial
  • Experience of an ERP system and importing/exporting would be advantageous
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required

SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to liaise with all departments, suppliers and customers
  • Ability to work in a team environment but have the aptitude and confidence to work on their own and prioritise workloads whilst working accurately and to tight deadlines
    Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
