Responsibilities

The Logistics Administrator role is a Part-time position, based at Springvale, Victoria. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor at our manufacturing site, you will be working Monday to Friday 10.00am - 3.00pm assisting with the administration and operations as directed.

The main purpose of this role will be:

  • Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
  • Handling and operations of the tile products for interlocking concrete roof tiles and their materials.
  • Receive deliveries from suppliers of stock and prepare outgoing orders for customers.
  • Logistics Management including processing SAP transactions - stock Management and truck movements.
  • Assisting with monthly Stock takes.
  • Liaising with transport hub.
  • Managing the mobile dock - Time slotting system.
  • Warehouse Coordination: keep a clean, safe warehouse with easy to access inventory.
  • Customer support; assist with the scheduling of deliveries and onsite bookings.
