We are launching an exciting new Convenience Service operation in Perth and we're looking for 3 Logistics Administrators to join our foundation team at our new Jandakot facility.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new operation from day one, helping shape processes, build relationships, and support the successful delivery of services to some of Australia's leading food and convenience customers.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the facility by acting as the key link between customers and operational teams.

You'll provide administrative support across warehouse, transport and customer service functions while ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Processing customer orders and operational documentation
  • Accurate and timely data entry
  • Supporting stock receipt and dispatch administration
  • Purchase order reconciliation
  • Transport and logistics administration
  • Reviewing operational reports and identifying discrepancies
  • Assisting with export and import documentation
  • Ordering office and warehouse consumables
  • Coordinating labour bookings as required
  • Supporting revenue management activities through accurate administration
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining compliance with food safety, quality and Chain of Responsibility requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Previous administration, customer service or logistics support experience
  • Acute attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
  • A proactive approach to problem solving
  • Confidence working across multiple systems and priorities
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
