Job Description:
Arete Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Senior Logistics Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard’s Robotics and Autonomous Systems Program Executive Office (RAS PEO). This role provides expert-level logistics planning, sustainment, and lifecycle support for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) programs, ensuring alignment with USCG policies and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct logistics analyses including Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Life Cycle Cost (LCC), and Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM).
  • Develop Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) plans and logistics documentation in accordance with USCG standards.
  • Support supply chain management, inventory control, and training program development.
  • Evaluate contractor logistics proposals and conduct site visits to assess support capabilities.
  • Qualifications:
  • Deep expertise in USCG logistics policies and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
  • Proven experience with logistics analysis, documentation, and sustainment planning.
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition and lifecycle management practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
