Responsibilities
  • Manages incoming and outgoing orders by interpreting logistics data to provide a smooth flow of products in the supply chain process.
  • Monitors and analyze customer information from data interchange and customer web portals.
  • Maintains and records information in our WMS system and network folders to properly support customer requirements.
  • Prepares all paperwork which include BOL, Shipper, Commercial Invoice.
  • Accurately process all data to ensure 100% delivery performance and inventory accuracy.
  • Provide analysis and reporting of data for evaluation of performance and proper flow of inventory transactions.
  • Maintains accuracy of inventory and inventory transactions.
  • Customer support of information, inquiries, reporting and providing transaction information.
  • Other special projects.
