OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support global import/export operations for seed, chemical, and research materials. In this key role, you’ll coordinate international shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, and support internal teams and global partners across various logistics functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or international trade
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in systems such as SAP, GTS, Amber Road, or ACE is a plus
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and agricultural/chemical product handling preferred
• Must be flexible to work outside standard business hours as needed

  Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week

• Coordinate import/export shipments (air, ocean, land, rail) to meet production and customer needs
• Ensure compliance with USCBP, APHIS, USDA, and internal company regulations
• Liaise with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal stakeholders to manage logistics flow
• Maintain audit-ready documentation; participate in internal and external audits
• Develop and train others on SOPs; act as SME for assigned regions/products
• Support global trade accounts and collaborate cross-functionally on process improvements
