QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of freight management, transportation regulations, or international shipping is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in managing freight costs, negotiating rates, and optimizing shipping routes.
  • Support logistics planning by evaluating supply chain performance and recommending process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and international trade requirements.
  • Utilize logistics software and reporting tools to track shipments and analyze key performance metrics.
  • Provide support for logistics projects, including implementing new transportation strategies and process improvements.
