Description Logistics Analyst III U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) Program, Osan Air Force Base - Osan, South Korea Job Type: Onsite Required Annual Salary Range: $55,000 - $61,000 Caladwich Consulting, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone and 8(a) certified company that provides a range of services for the federal government. Our core capabilities include Information Technology (IT) services, Program Management and Process Improvement services, Logistics Support services, Asset Management, and Construction & Facilities Management. The logistics (Log.) Analyst personnel will perform logistics support services in support of the Customer Supply Center (CSC)’s 4th Party Logistics (4PL) Program. The 4PL program offers commercial efficiencies to the federal marketplace and integrates the supply chain under a single point of oversight. This Log. Analyst will assist in the overall support for material management, analytical support, inventory/asset management, information processing, logistics program management services and support, and associated administrative tasks. Core Responsibilities: • Process GSA Point of Sale transactions for numerous federal/DOD/military agencies not restricted to one specific purchaser, agency or area • Receive and execute instructions from GSA IT personnel to enable GSA networks to operate. In the event of network interruptions, the contractor may be asked to restart equipment at the direction of GSA IT personnel. • Provide order statuses to customers, as requested, both telephonically and via email, and create and maintain soft (PDF, Word, or Excel), hard copy files of customer orders, or both, as requested by the customer(s). • Generate multiple POS receipts of customer orders via the GSA supply center POS application during operational hours. • Coordinate any disposal or adjustments with the GSA Store Manager and GSA Operations Manager. • Review customer orders for completeness and accuracy; process customer orders; send customer confirmation of order receipt telephonically or via email and notify customers telephonically or via email of assigned pickup dates, delivery dates, or both. • Audit accounts, provide tracking of account receipts, and prepare proper documentation of all transactions. • Reviewing sales transactions for accuracy of transaction input on credit card authorizations and funds obligation. • Investigate customer order discrepancies in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures and Desk Guides, and notify the store manager, operations manager, and 4PL BPA holder at that location of pricing discrepancies. • Perform cashier-like duties in a store environment: validate the price, product, quantity and final sales transaction matches the customer’s requirement. Requirements Requirements for Candidate: • Bachelor’s Degree preferred Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Administrative field o Degree may be substituted with years of relevant experience. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Dept. of War (Formerly DoD) supply chain management • Thorough understanding of Government Logistics processes and/or Air Force specific SCM processes. • Candidate must possess excellent written communication skills, including formal document preparation and report drafting. • Must be comfortable in fast paced, government contracting climate. Other Requirements: • Must be a US Citizen • Must be eligible for Secret Clearance OR Public Trust • Must be eligible to access government systems to include U.S. Military installation’s. • Must be able to pass background investigations including a FBI fingerprint check and a National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI) adjudication.
