SUMMARY

Background: If you are interested in supporting the US Navy in the delivery of state-of-the-art craft in a role that involves meaningful and challenging projects - MSCorp has a great opportunity for you.
MSCorp supports the Navy as a prime contractor for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) and the PMS 317 Amphibious Warfare group. The NSWC PCD team supports the Landing Craft Division as In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) for both the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) and LCAC 100 Class Landing Craft and Ship Interface support.

POSITION SUMMARY

In this role you will serve as a Logistics Analyst for the US Navy ACVs, with the potential to also support other platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Very strong computer skills, particularly MS Word and Excel
  • Experience in review and development of US Navy or USCG technical manuals
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be well-organized and flexible with strong decision-making ability and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work with very little oversight
Responsibilities
  • Review and update technical manuals for shipboard systems as result of configuration changes
  • Track and report status of configuration items and ILS deliverables  Assist in drafting materials for Government reviews
  • Work with Design Leads to ensure action items and deliverables are being identified, assigned, worked, and resolved in accordance with Contract requirements
  • Perform provisioning efforts in preparing logistics support documentation on new and revised systems and equipment installs
  • Research drawings and technical manuals for supply support requirements for Engineering Data for Provisioning
  • Other duties requested by the shipbuilder
