Job Description: Logistics Analyst Key Responsibilities - Strategically plan and execute end-to-end logistics operations for international shipments across multiple transportation modes (ocean, air, rail, and truck) - Process and track bookings from origin to final destination, proactively resolving any transit delays or documentation issues - Maintain transportation data in relating system in a timely manner - Serve as the primary logistics liaison for international project teams across different time zones, requiring flexible working hours - Develop and maintain detailed logistics timelines aligned with critical project milestones, conducting risk assessments for potential delays - Chair weekly supplier performance reviews, analyzing KPIs including on-time delivery rates, damage frequencies, and documentation accuracy - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics processes and reduce cycle times - Generate comprehensive weekly reports analyzing trends in shipping costs, transit times, and service disruptions Required Qualifications Educational Background - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field Professional Experience - 3-5 years of progressive experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail - Outstanding communication skills across multiple formats (email, phone, video conference, in-person) At Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of intelligent solar tracker and software solutions for solar power plants, as well as strategic services to capture the full value of solar power plants for our customers.
