*POSITION CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD*

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) Logistics Analyst to support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 14 years’ experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 16 years’ experience.
• An active Secret security clearance with an SSBI.
• DOD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) 411 Certs: SecurityX / CASP+ or CCNP Security or CISA or FITSP-O or GICSP or SSCP or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and organize materials for In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings.
• Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
• Proven administrative support experience, assisting contractor management with various tasks and projects.
• Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction.

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of comprehensive logistics support for materials, equipment, and tools, encompassing transportation, storage, and inspection.
• Establish and refine processes for the accurate tracking and completion of Material Inspection and Receiving Reports (DD Form 250) and other critical documentation.
• Orchestrate complex equipment deliveries with mission partners.
• Develop and enforce protocols for detailed damage reporting and the management of physical inventories in accordance with Army Regulation 700-145.
• Provide expert guidance on the application of IUID labels and the timely reporting of lost or stolen equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
