Description

Coordinate with Regional/Site stakeholders, suppliers and logistics service providers to track and expedite shipment to ensure on-time fulfillment, ensure accurate billing, and participating in service provider business reviews. Support Customs & Trade Management and ESG activities, as necessary Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience. Proficient English reading, writing, and speaking abilities required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several projects at a time. Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project are required. General office equipment and materials. Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
