You’ll be the key link between our warehouse partner, internal teams, and BD’s wider supply chain, ensuring that products reach customers safely, efficiently, and on time. Your Day-to-Day You’ll be hands-on with the daily logistics activities that ensure orders move smoothly through the network - resolving fulfilment issues, supporting warehouse accuracy, coordinating with cross-functional teams and using your system expertise to keep processes running reliably. Your day will include: Overseeing daily operations at BD’s Sydney warehouse, which manages 70% of ANZ volume, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and OTIF performance Partnering with Customer Service to troubleshoot fulfilment issues and minimise backorders Validating and approving cycle count results, ensuring alignment between 3PL WMS and SAP Leading annual stocktakes for the Service Distribution Centre and supporting stock checks across other BD locations Managing inbound variance transactions and ensuring smooth order execution Leading monthly Excess & Obsolete (E&O) write‑off processes and maintaining accurate SAP/JDE adjustments Supporting DHL‑managed inventory checks and spare parts stocktakes Tracking warehouse spend, supporting budget preparation, and leading CTW (Cost to Win) improvement initiatives Representing logistics in LDMS forums and providing insights to guide decision‑making About You You’re organised, analytical, and thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment. You enjoy working with data, systems, and cross‑functional teams and you take pride in ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You’ll bring: Experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, inventory control, or warehouse coordination Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, risks, and improvements High proficiency and working knowledge of SAP Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross‑functionally with Customer Service, Finance, Quality, and external partners Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset Comfort working in an environment where accuracy, compliance, and timelines matter Experience with 3PL providers or warehouse operations Why BD?
