Job Description Duties: Co-ordination with regional logistics team for system issues understanding and resolution. Documentation of end-to-end process of error resolution. Perform transaction reconciliation between available systems (SAP, SMS, UPS etc.) Driving system enhancements and process optimization as a part of preventive actions on system related issues. Data gathering and analysis of EDI issues along with RCA for identified issues. Monitoring master data quality in available systems. Correction / Maintenance of master data in available systems. Qualifications Technical Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or higher. (Bachelor’s in engineering preferred) Ideally possessing a relevant professional qualification and/or suitable background experience in inventory & logistics management / data analytics. Computer literacy, competency in use of all programs within MS Office Suite, Power-BI and aptitude for learning specialized software programs. Knowledge of SAP system is must. Language skills in English required. Experience: 3 years + experience in supply chain or operations roles. Experience in using SAP and Data Analytics tools (Excel / Power-BI) Exposure to SAP interfaces with other system (e.g. EDI) Competencies and Abilities: Must be decisive, driven and conscientious and interact well in a team environment. Possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and manage a wide range of activities. Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations when working under pressure and strict deadlines. Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable individual. The ability to make good judgments by thinking quickly and broadly. Must be organized and systematic. Planning and Decision Making: Able to prioritise tasks and take the initiative to meet internal customer expectations. Executing plans to deliver actions and longer-term objectives. Identifying and prioritising actions based on the business needs.
