JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic team at TJX Canada! In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimizing shipping and delivery performance between Carriers and Stores, while crafting efficient delivery schedules for holidays and special events. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on store operations and customer satisfaction, all within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Monitor transportation delivery performance between Stores and Carriers and provides suggestions on improving transportation efficiencies and effectiveness; ensures Carrier issues are addressed and escalated as needed to Management
  • Responsible for collaborating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders (Home Office, Distribution Services, Stores, Loss Prevention, Regional Leadership, Vendors and Carriers) for new store openings and to ensure smooth execution of Store delivery programs
  • Develops and organizes Store delivery schedules and transportation for holidays and special events (e.g. Charity events, advertising events and conferences)
  • Review delivery and shipping performance trends analyzing shipping and delivery data, interpreting and identifying trends (opportunities, risks) by creating, delivering reports (key performance indicators, operational activity reports, carrier scorecard etc.) including making recommendations for Management review and consideration
