What you’ll be doing.

Working within the Production, Planning, Materials, Logistics Department, at ZEISS Microscopy, we are looking for a Logistics and Billing Co-ordinator (12-month FTC) to co-ordinate shipments to EM customers worldwide including document generation & processing; acting as contact point for SSCs / Clearing House re delivery updates

• Act as focal point of contact to SSCs worldwide and Clearing House. Respond to customer queries regarding delivery status of systems and ensure that customers are provided with up-to-date delivery information.
• Liaise with third-party logistics partner/freight forwarder/appointed shipping agent as required, to arrange the collection, consolidation, packing and despatch of customer shipments.

• Collect and co-ordinate all Proof of Export documentation (CMR / AWB) in accordance with HMRC requirements
• Process transport invoices as submitted by third-party transport partners
