Descripción del empleo The Logistics and Distribution Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the import and export logistics of raw materials and finished goods in accordance with established procedures. This role will also provide backup support for the logistics operations of the Vallejo plant, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective transportation and distribution activities. Manage import customs entries (pedimentos). Request advance payments and validate guarantees for material imports. Review and authorize import Bills of Lading (BLs). Send instructions to Customs Brokers for import operations. Record expenses (preparation of RCs) in the TMS for export operations. Send RCs to suppliers after receiving proof of goods delivery. Organize files, trip documentation, and shipment audit records. Respond to internal users regarding shipment status and follow-ups in coordination with the Logistics Coordinator. Communicate in English with clients and/or suppliers Requisitos Prefer Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, International Trade, International Business, or a related field Knowledge of transportation unit capacities Experience with ERP systems Knowledge of import and export processes Knowledge of Customs Law Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Información adicional Materials and equipment used directly Standard office equipment: computer, mouse, keyboard, telephone, multifunction photocopier Additional Information: All applicants will be considered Must be legally able to work in Mexico without restrictions Must be over 18 years of age Equal opportunity
