In this role, you will:

  • Administer order entries, delivery scheduling, and client documentation.
  • Manage customer inventory in a cost-saving manner and reviewing data, systems, and reports on a daily basis.
  • Work collaboratively on export or import issues as they appear and executing internal control according to SOPs and agreed client policy.
  • Engage in follow-up services to ensure promotional forecasts are completed on time and providing information on products, order changes, or stock availability.
  • Identify and propose cost-efficient plans if ongoing cases are not standard.
  • Build and maintain loyal client relations, cooperating with logistic partners, and resolving problems.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Experience in OtC, finance, logistics, Supply Chain, Order Management, or related fields.
  • Experience in SSC/BPO would be an asset.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of SAP and MS applications would be a plus.
  • Ability to make decisions independently, problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and detail orientation.
  • Availability to work in the US time zone (14:30-23:00)
