Position Overview
We are seeking a Logistics and Procurement Officer to manage both logistics and procurement processes. This role involves coordinating the acquisition of goods and services while ensuring efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement: Identify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure efficient delivery of goods.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to maintain optimal inventory.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement and logistics transactions.
  • Cost Management: Analyze procurement and logistics costs, seeking opportunities for cost savings.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in logistics and procurement is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with procurement and logistics software, as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD400.000 - KD450.000 per month
