Key Responsibilities · Coordinate and track inbound stock shipments from suppliers to our 3PLs’ warehousing facility – including arranging freight delivery and notifying 3PL of expected inbound delivery date · Input and maintain data within Cin7 Core (our Inventory Management / ERP system), including: o Product details (SKU codes, barcodes, pricing, etc.) o Supplier purchase order details (SKUs, quantities, production & shipping timelines, etc.) o Freight purchase orders details · Processing and reconciling supplier and freight invoices · Assist with supplier communication on in-production order status, ex-factory deadlines, and weekly production updates · Follow up with suppliers to ensure relevant certification documents are received on time for each shipment · Support the organisation, logging and storage of supplier & product-related certification · Help to prepare concise production and operations status reports for internal use · Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance across Production and Operations functions as required Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications · Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management · Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines · Strong communication skills for supplier and internal follow-ups (written and verbal) · Confident using Excel, with ability to work with structured templates and trackers · Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting · Familiarity with ERP systems such as Cin7 Core, or similar inventory/PO platforms (preferred) · Proactive problem-solving approach with ability to drive supplier accountability and identify ways to improve processes · Previous experience in a supply chain / logistics, production coordination, supplier management or related role (preferred)
