Description Central Texas Flood Response – Temporary Positions Disaster struck our region on July 4, 2025. ADRN is urgently hiring temporary staff to support impacted communities. Location: ADRN Headquarters / Warehouse, Austin Term: Temporary, approx. 1–2 months Position Summary: ADRN’s supply chain is vital to getting relief items into the hands of flood survivors. This temporary role will support inventory management, donation processing, and delivery coordination during our flood response. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the intake, sorting, storage, and release of donated goods and emergency supplies. Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate updates with the logistics team. Supervise warehouse volunteers and assign daily tasks. Ensure facility organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety protocols. Coordinate outbound deliveries to relief sites and partner organizations. Skills & Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking ability. Comfortable with manual labor; able to lift 40+ lbs. Basic computer and inventory system proficiency. Forklift operation a plus (certification preferred). Supervisory Responsibilities This position may have direct supervisory responsibilities for volunteers. Work Environment: Warehouse and logistics operations; physical and fast-paced, sometimes outdoors in all weather conditions. Travel Required Local travel as needed. Travel during deployment may be necessary. Work Authorization Employees must be authorized to work in the United States under Federal requirements.
