Your tasks:

• You plan, coordinate and monitor national and international transport orders.
• You manage the economical use of our vehicle fleet and ensure optimal utilization of vehicles and drivers.
• As the central point of contact, you will work closely with customers, drivers and internal departments.
• You react flexibly to short-term changes and find efficient solutions for a smooth transport process.
• You ensure compliance with legal regulations, quality standards and internal processes.

Your profile:

• A completed apprenticeship in the field of freight forwarding, logistics or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in dispatching or transport planning, ideally in long-distance transport.
• Good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
• Organizational skills, decisiveness, and a structured way of working.
• Strong communication skills, resilience, and team spirit.
• Proficient use of common MS Office applications.
