Your tasks

• They monitor transport performance and ensure timely and high-quality processing of deliveries.
• They keep an eye on transport costs and relevant KPIs and ensure that the defined goals are achieved.
• They use SAP TM/ERP, Power BI and shipment tracking systems to control and monitor transportation activities.
• They create regular reports and performance updates for relevant contacts and stakeholders.
• They identify, analyze, and resolve transport problems and deviations promptly and sustainably.
• They ensure compliance with legal transport regulations, internal guidelines and operational processes.
• They work closely with internal interfaces such as LCT Back Office, Customer Service, Customer Issue Resolution, Planning and Business Teams.
• They identify potential for improvement and drive process optimizations to increase efficiency and reduce transport costs.
• They ensure complete and correct documentation and maintenance of transport data.

Your profile

• They have a school leaving certificate or training in the field of logistics, transport, supply chain or a comparable subject area, or bring relevant professional experience.
• They have experience in national and international shipping as well as in goods receiving.
• They have basic knowledge of transport regulations and transport documentation.
• Practical experience with SAP and ideally Salesforce is an advantage.
• They have good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
• They speak fluent German and English and can communicate confidently in both languages, both verbally and in writing.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
• They are characterized by strong communication and analytical skills.
• They work in a structured, reliable, solution-oriented and precise manner.
