Tasks

• You will assist in controlling and coordinating our transport processes.
• Together with the team, you ensure that our branches, warehouses and service locations are supplied on time.
• You are in contact with internal departments as well as external forwarding partners.
• You will help to structure and streamline processes in the scheduling department.
• You will be involved in monitoring delivery dates, capacities, and transport processes.
• You keep an eye on compliance with internal guidelines and legal frameworks.

Qualifications

• A completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the field of freight forwarding, logistics or transport
• Initial professional experience in a commercial environment – ​​experience in scheduling or transport is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Interest in logistical contexts and in further development in the area of ​​scheduling
• A structured, reliable and independent work style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with various contacts
• Good knowledge of MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
