A Logistics and Delivery Coordinator manages the flow of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and accurate delivery. They act as the bridge between warehouse operations, drivers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Shipments: Plan and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries, including dispatch and routing.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain shipping records, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare logistics reports.
• Customer Communication: Relay delivery updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
• Fleet Management: Be responsible for all vehicles of the company - their licensing, renewals, insurance, permits and maintenance.
• Permits: Obtain necessary permits to operate in different Emirates, DM approvals and calibration of vehicles.
