• Drive the adoption of standardised transportation processes and share best practices across regions to improve consistency, efficiency, and service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Strong experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations, with a proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data, developing meaningful insights, and supporting business decisions through reporting and performance analysis.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build effective working relationships across the organisation.

Education/Experience:

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Significant experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related operational discipline.
• Experience using reporting, analytics, and business systems to monitor performance and support operational decision-making.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, transportation network optimisation, and supply chain best practices is advantageous.
