Logistics and Transportation Intern Location: Gorzów, Poland Function: Logistics Overview Join our dynamic Logistics team as an Intern and gain hands-on experience in transportation and supply chain operations. This role offers exposure to regional logistics processes, cost optimization, and performance improvement initiatives. About the Role As a Logistics and Transportation Intern, you will support the EMEA Logistics team in managing day-to-day transport operations and driving continuous improvement projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. About the Team You will work closely with the Associate Manager, EMEA Logistics Transportation, and the local Logistics Transportation Senior Analyst in Gorzów. Our team values collaboration, innovation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities: Perform data analysis to identify insights for service and cost improvements Prepare presentations and reports for regional KPI reviews and meetings Support strategic projects and logistics planning for new product development Assist in resolving operational issues affecting distribution Contribute to monthly freight analysis and operational reviews Maintain accurate delivery dates in SAP Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure transportation capacity during peak periods Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service KPIs Experience You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Economics, or Industrial Management Engineering No or limited experience (up to 6 months) in logistics or supply chain Strong analytical skills and financial acumen Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus Fluent in English (spoken and written) Behaviors You’ll Need: Proactive and eager to learn Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity Strong communication and relationship-building skills Team-oriented mindset The expected monthly salary for this position is 5100 PLN gross. GO FURTHER WITH OUR FAMILY™ #LI-AP2 The expected annual salary range for this position is between 5 100,00 PLN - 5 100,00 PLN. Job related skills, experience, and education, will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive, and/or long-term incentives.
