Your tasks

• Handling of national and international goods receipts and dispatches , including the preparation of the necessary shipping, transport and customs documents.
• Coordination of transport service providers as well as monitoring and tracking of shipments
• Processing and booking of goods receipts, goods issues and stock movements in the ERP system (D365)
• Monitoring of delivery dates and communication of the shipping status to internal and external contacts
• Supporting inventory management and conducting inventories , cycle counts and stock checks to ensure high inventory accuracy .
• Analysis and clarification of inventory discrepancies , as well as participation in the continuous optimization of logistics processes .
• Organization and optimization of storage areas as well as ensuring order , cleanliness and compliance with the 5S standards.
• Ensuring the timely supply of materials to production and other departments
• Creation of logistics key performance indicators and reports to support operational decisions
• Close collaboration with the Supply Chain, Procurement, Production and Quality departments , as well as external logistics partners .
