ASEL is seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics and Procurement Manager to oversee the efficient management of our warehouse operations, shipping and procurement processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for stock management, deliveries and returns, international shipping, and cost control. This role requires an individual with strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring that our logistics provision operates smoothly while meeting business objectives.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential: Proven experience in warehouse management, procurement, or a similar role, Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory management processes, Familiarity with international shipping regulations and processes. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Desirable: Relevant qualifications in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement. Knowledge of waste management regulations. Experience in cost control and budget management., Knowledge of health and safety standards in warehouse operations. Experience working in an international or multi-site warehouse environment
