Job Description Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Logistics Manager with full responsibility for warehouse and logistics processes in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on process ownership, continuous improvement, and active involvement in ERP implementation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Own and optimize logistics and warehouse processes (process ownership & improvement) Manage key activities including: Material replenishment for production Inbound and outbound processing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Drive continuous improvement of logistics flows Actively contribute to ERP implementation and improvement projects (e.g. D365) Work closely with production, supply chain, and IT teams Support system go-live and stabilization activities Qualifications Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics/warehouse management within manufacturing Experience working on ERP implementation related projects Strong experience in material management and replenishment processes Hands-on, proactive, and improvement-driven mindset Fluent in Dutch and English Nice to Have Experience with D365 Additional Information Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow or liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide.
